Budget for the whole setup

What sits outside the subscription?

Payment processing

Card and bank payments carry processor fees. Confirm the rates and terms for your connected payment account before using them; the software subscription does not replace those fees.

Phone and email services

Supported connections use your own provider accounts. Dialpad, Gmail and other connected services may have their own subscription charges and usage limits.

Your operating requirements

Catalog integrations, labor guides and multi-location workflows require a fit check. Do not assume a feature is included simply because another system offers it.

Common questions

Before you put it on the shortlist.

Can I start using it today?

Public enrollment is not open yet. The waitlist is for availability updates, not an active subscription or a booked demo.

Will I pay extra for another technician?

The planned subscription includes unlimited users at a location. There is no planned per-seat charge.

Can I bring my current phone and email accounts?

DealWrench supports Gmail and Dialpad connections. Check the specific accounts and workflow your shop uses before planning a switch.

Can I export my data?

Reports can export to CSV and PDF. A complete self-service export of customers, vehicles, orders and service history is still planned; it is not currently available.

What should I check against another quote?

Compare the full cost for your team, required provider accounts, processing fees, migration scope and the workflows you need. The lowest headline price is only one part of the decision.
