Tire shop software

Tires priced like tires, not like parts

A tire is its own kind of line, with its own cost and its own margin, sitting beside the mount, the balance and the disposal fee without any of them being folded into a parts total.

One price, every user included. Reviewed 12 September 2026.

The symptom

You already know
this one.

Your margin report says 41% because the road hazard and the disposal fee got counted as parts.

What we built for it
Tire is a first-class line kind, with cost and margin held apart from parts.
Why it holds up here
DealWrench was written for a six-week truck build with parts on order, a deposit taken and a change order halfway through. A shop that handles that handles a brake job. The hard case came first on purpose.
Who is behind it
Built and run inside a working upfit shop in Colorado. Our customer count is one shop — our own.

Limits

What it does not do.

Worth knowing before you spend time on us, and easier to read here than to discover in week three.

  • No integrated parts catalogue or labour guide. You price from your own supplier and your own rates.
  • No payroll, and no multi-location reporting.
  • Staff screens are designed for a desktop at the counter. There is no native mobile app.
  • Public enrolment is not open. The waitlist is the way in.
